The Gangmasters Licensing Authority is proposing to hold a roadshow in early August within Park Royal which will be open to all businesses and workers who operate within or close to the area. The event is planned to involve other agencies and will aim to provide advice and support to businesses.
This move follows a pilot operation which took place in the Park Royal Industrial Estate. The intention is to promote the work of the various agencies and encourage businesses to work with the agencies such as the GLA to iron out any problems or issues. Details will be given of confidential helplines for workers to use in the event of any problems.
