FPC has joined with Produce Business UK and the Fresh Careers Fair to host The New World of Work: Fresh Strategies for the Workplace, a brand-new event aimed at HR professionals in the fresh produce, foodservice and retail sectors.

PHILIP ROSS, Futurologist, global speaker and CEO of UnGroup (UnWired & UnWork) and Cordless Group

Philip will  take you on a whistle-stop tour of the new world of work. Here he will look at the key forces shaping the new world of work and expectations of gen z as they enter the workplace for the first time. He will also explore the collisions of technology, people and place in the future and what this ultimately means for the future of work.



DAVID FROST, Group Organisational Development Director, Total Produce

David is responsible for global people strategy, organisation design, succession planning and talent development. His career in HR has included posts at Carlsberg and Norbert Dentressangle (now XPO Logistics), although David originally started out as a chartered engineer.

PERRY TIMMS, HR Most Influential Thinker, renowned blogger and founder of People and Transformational HR

This session will focus on looking at the challenges of the workplace today such as the impact of digital technology and the importance of employee well-being and will give examples of models and theories that relate to these issues.
