Breakfast powers the main show day in London

On Thursday 5 June, the main day of the London Produce Show will begin with a breakfast panel discussion, sponsored by Prophet.

Hosted by Jim Prevor, the Perishable Pundit, the panel discussion will be led by Bruce Peterson, former senior vice president of Perishables at Wal-Mart Stores, starting at 7.30am in the Ballroom at the Grosvenor House Hotel.

The breakfast panel will also include Gary Marshall, chairman of the Covent Garden Tenants’ Association, Doug Gilchrist, head of supply chain at catering business Gather & Gather, Tony Reynolds, managing director of foodservice provider Reynolds Catering, Christopher Mack, chairman of Fresca group, chef and author Valentine Warner, Andrea Felsted who is the senior retail correspondent for the Financial Times and James Anstead, a director within Equity Research at Barclays and retail specialist at the banking group.

As soon as the breakfast is over, the UK's largest ever fresh-produce trade exhibition will begin - featuring growers and exporters from all corners of the world, plus a large contingent of British businesses and companies from several associated sectors.
